The Photography Of Paul Dicaire

Don,
Can you tell I like PEI?
This is the Cape Bear lighthouse. The Marconi station, which is no longer there, was the first Canadian land base to hear the SOS from the Titanic as it sank. This lighthouse was also used during WWII for spotting German U-boats as the neared the coast.

The Fibs The City Of St. Albert Tell Us

Isn't it odd that the city makes that claim when former and current councillors have admitted it is a cash cow? And didn't the mayor express concern when revenues dropped? If revenues dropped entirely, it would prove photo radar works, but it continues to be a cash cow. Too bad the city can't be honest, admit that and remove that untruth from their website.
