Rocko Vaugeois's
Newest - CD Release
"Just Blue"/Birthday/Jam Bash
We are happy to present Rocko's newest recordings live on this night and on his birthday. The long anticipated release of his newest works CD "Just Blue" will be performed by Rocko and select special invite musicians Fred Larose on bass, Jim Dyck and Shaun Cooney on guitars, Joey Macintyre on drums and Rocko's daughter Layla Vaugeois as well as other special invited guests. Rocko's career has spanned over three decades and is spinning into a fourth. He has worked professionally with a lot of big name artists and has seen all corners of the globe as a session, touring, recording, performing artist as well as working on the production end. He had great fame as the main leader of One Horse Blue having more than 10 top ten singles on the charts. As a jam host and an old time fan I enjoy Rocko's talents on guitar, bass, keyboards and especially drums and vocals. We are happy he moved back to St. Albert after years as a working musician in Vancouver. Come out and say happy birthday and be one of the first audiences to catch his latest musical writings live, with some of Edmonton's finest performing music along his side from his newest cd to be released on this evening "Just Blue". The CD release portion will start off the night at 9:00 p.m. and the open jammin' birthday partyin' will kick off by 10:30 p.m. at the latest and go until at least 1:00 a.m.
